I upgraded my phone today. I still cannot see actionable items on my dashboard. I have to click on the team member to see any. but for others it's still on their dashboards. my version cuts off words and letters. also I can't see a whole schedule or a whole message. the app has been like this since I got it. please please please fix these issues. it's very frustrating

After updating, the app no longer shows what positions my shifts are on.
App does not send out direct message notifications.

I don't get notifications, even though everything is set to give me notifications, and now with the March 19th 2026 update it's not even allowing me to sign in. I'm using it on desktop, but the app is essentially useless.
