This is an exclusive app for Dream Ark Group members. You can manage everything in one place, from meeting attendance and daily GoGather records to group schedules and announcements. A place where future leaders cultivate their dreams A place where learning is anticipated every day A place where magical changes in life begin ※ Only Dream Ark Group members can use this service. If you apply for membership through the app, an administrator will verify and approve it. ■ Attendance • Your attendance is automatically checked when you open the app at the meeting location at the time set by the administrator. • You can check the date, time, and location of the next meeting in advance. • If you cannot attend via location, please request manual attendance with one photo. Once the administrator approves, it will be recorded as your attendance. • You can review past attendances using the 'My Attendance Status' calendar and 'My Attendance Records'. ■ GoGather • Note down today's activities in six categories: Books, Audio, Meeting Attendance, Business Presentation, Product Usage, and Others. • Press 'Confirm' after writing to save. Today's records can be edited, while records from past dates remain intact. • You can view recorded dates at a glance on the weekly date line. ■ Talents • Talents (ta) are accumulated through meeting attendance and GoGather records. • Attending on time earns 25 ta, attending after the start earns 20 ta, and GoGather earns 1 ta if you write at least 30 characters per item excluding spaces. • You can check your total Talents and monthly accumulated history in 'My Talents'. ■ Schedule • Attendance dates, GoGather records, personal schedules, and group schedules are displayed separately on the monthly calendar. • Personal schedules are visible only to you. Even the administrator cannot view them. • Group schedules are displayed together on the schedule tab for all members. ■ Group Schedule · Notices · DreamArk Resources • You can access group schedules and notices (photos, videos, and text) directly within the app. • Materials in the Dream Ark Archive are categorized into Products, Business, Promotions, and Others. • You can search by title or content, and save photos and attachments to your device. ■ Heart Mailbox • Send letters to express your feelings, such as compliments, suggestions, recommendations, or concerns. • The sender's name is not saved, and you only need to enter your name and contact information if you wish. Only group administrators can view letters. ■ Affiliation Status (Top PT · Top Diamond Members) • If you have members in your group, you can view their attendance, GoGather records, Talent status, and statistics. ■ User Guide • You can log in to one account on only one device. If you have changed your mobile phone, please request a device reset from the administrator. • You can adjust the font size as desired. • Administrators enter the administrator code to approve new members, manage meetings and attendance, and create posts within the app. • You can withdraw at any time via the app's [All] tab > Settings > [Delete Account]. If you withdraw, your member information and records of attendance, GoGather, and personal schedules will be deleted. ■ Location Information Guide If you enable Auto-attendance, location information is used to verify your presence at the meeting location while you are using the app. Location coordinates are used solely for attendance verification and are not stored. You can turn off Auto-attendance at any time, and manual attendance requests will still be available even after it is turned off.
