Record episode duration, awareness, recovery duration, witness present. Add optional notes and photos, edit past entries, and review your history. Your daily record Search your notes, filter observations, and review recorded trends. Missing values remain unrecorded. New users start with an empty journal. Care and appointment preparation Create your own routines, choose optional daily reminders, and save questions for your next appointment. Export a PDF report or your journal records when you choose to share them. Local storage No account, advertising SDK, or analytics is included. Native journal records are encrypted on your device. Photos are stored locally and are not separately encrypted. Optional device authentication can lock the app interface. There is no cloud sync. Epilepsy Tracker is a record-keeping tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
