Used for 3 years no issues until now. I use it for Christmas lights and when I plugged in tree will not work with Alexa. It does work in the globe app but point was to connect my lights to Alexa to make it easier to turn off instead of opening app everytime. It's unresponsive and I've tryed everything. Ready to just buy something new.
unuseable app. it won't allow me to connect to a device unless i provide my email address for spam, and give explicite permisions.
keeps asking me to register. I enter my email & it says user already exists, but doesn't promt a login & doesn't allow me to connect with google
Stopped working after 3 years and deleted all 4 devices I had registered in the app, does not let me log in either.
Devices keep getting disconnected. Groups are part of devices' settings (unintuitive design), and you have to keep recreating them when you re-add the devices reconnect.
to allow more precise functionality please allow users to type in the colour code rather than drag their finger on the colour pad and hope I find the same colour as the last bulb they saved. or better yet please add copy paste in the app for creating scenes... its such a hassle to make long chains of on/off's for household fans circulating air throughout the day/night for example

Pretty buggy app all together, devices seem to disconnect each time the app is closed and do not immediately respond when selecting. Always have to click the yellow colour before anything else works. Definitely will be moving away from this brand.
CRapp wastes ALL UR TIME & ½ options are non valid LIKE MODES & ROUTINES & MOODS → TOTALLY STUPID WHATS THE REASON FOR ² EMAIL ACCOUNTS!? WAS PATIENT STUPID IDEA OF ALL MY DEVICES ONLY ONE MFr LIGHT STRIP ON & ❗🛑❌❗WILL NOT SHUT OFF WHY 2 SITES? GLOBE? UR 000.0 SPECIAL THAT IS ⁴ SURE ALL OTHER PRODUCTS PURCHASED UNDER THE NAME GLOBE AND NOT ONE OF THEM WILL WORK LIKE YOUR SYSTEM STATES. IT WOULD BE IN THE BEST INTEREST FOr U ² REIMBURSE ME F0r ALL LOST TIME!!! MARYCACA TRASH!!!
It's almost impossible for this app to use the devices behind NAT address, always appears as your wan Address
got these 2 strings of lights from a neighbor who couldn't get them to work glad I didn't buy them. they never did work with wifi in the 🗑️they went
