smh my account can't be found im just gonna use another app
The last version update made it stop opening on my phone. It now gets stuck on the Glow loading screen.

I downloaded the app trying to sign up but when it reaches to leave a rating it's not moving forward the screen is blank with Glow at the top
won't let me log back in says contact support but it won't let me. I used to love this app too
I've been waiting a month for a reply from support about my account which has an old # attached, which is blocking me from verifying my account on a new device. Apparently 3FA isn't enough (recognized old device with Google login, typing a password, and email for code) isn't enough; you need a 📱 confirmation as well. Overkill, if you're not willing to mobilize support. I have a lifetime membership; as I'm miraculously alive post-cancer, DMX, and child loss, I need someone to work with me here.

The app itself is great but password recovery via self service does not work and Glow customer support is non existent. I tried to calling and sending emails but haven't received a response in a timely manner even with having the premium subscription.
