CompareOpen in Google PlayEditing my review from 1 to 4 stars. BIG improvements to the UI! Back and Profile buttons no longer hidden under battery/signal meter at the top of the screen! Took a long time for an update, but the app is finally usable! I'll update to 5 stars as soon as the android native back button/gesture works without closing the app.

Super response time & action from GoAccess Support.
I can't log in. It won't take my password or send me a login code. sending a message to support also fails. This all happens fairly reliably. It's never worked. It's ironic that this broken app is to help with paratransit in Silicon Valley of all places.
app does not give access to menu or profile on Android phone. status bar lays on top of menu and profile. pretty pathetic?

Terrible. Instructions are not clear. Can not establish a new account or create a password. No help available from support.
I have an android phone and agree with others who have the issue of hidden, unusable buttons. Since this is the app our association has chosen, I don't have any other option for gate access.

The app isn't designed well. The hamburger menu button, at the top left, is too high and goes into the Android status bar. Everything at the top is cut off by the camera and status bar. I can't edit, save, or anything really due to this. I'm running Android Version 16 on a Google Pixel 7 Pro.

sucks
Problem solved! I received directions for both Android and iPhone. Just follow the steps (clear and consice). I accidentally " blocked " my phone from receiving notification of guests entrance. Thank you for your prompt response.
