My concert is tomorrow and I cant download my tickets! They don't have a phone number to talk to a person. I have been trying for weeks to get my .tickets.
Scam artists. Bought tickets (and hotels) a month in advance. Sent me an email THE MORNING OF saying they had to cancel. Called the venue and this place never had any tickets to sell/resell in the first place. Thankfull, solved the problem with Stubhub. But Go Tickets is a literal scam/fraud.
Its a scam! First, you are over charged for the ticket. Second, you can't access the ticket. Complete robbery!!! WATCH OUT!!! SCAM!!!!
horrible!! It is now 2 days until the concert and I still have no tickets. I have been trying since the first of August to get the. Never again will I do business with AXS

don't download. They are scammers. They sell you 3rd party tickets then cancel them without notifiying you you'll get to your event with invalid, over priced tickets

Be wary when using this company. I ordered tickets the same day for a hockey game and the transaction was fine. I ordered tickets to a soccer game and the tickets were never made available, even though it says they were delivered. GoTickets support chat is just AI, which in one section of the chat said they would honor a refund, but then immediately was saying that a refund couldn't be honored. The whole thing just feels very scammy.

this is awful. there's no way to create an account. it doesn't recognize my email or my password. there is a recaptcha after every single process. this is garbage.

the app 100% does not work, only allows me to put my email address in and that's it will not take me to the next page
