300 dollars just for one night crazy
Great Wolf Lodge was ok. We arrived early but couldn't get in. we were all waiting outside until 12. The rooms were nice but guests allowed their children to stay up all night making noise and running the hallways. Besides the lazy river, the slides were just OK. Food tasty but expensive. This is one I checked the box but don't expect to return or recommend. Can't wait to try Kalahari in VA.
Something about the ui doesn't seem to work well. I was trying to use the chat function and I could not see the text field because it was the very bottom and was blocked by my phone's UI buttons. The mobile orderinglso is also clunky particularly when there's not a lot of options for restaurants. That being said once I was able to reach the chat, I was very happy with their service

I can't see my reservation in the app. I've tried to contact support through their email, but it also didn't work.
The app was terrible, and to make it worse the floors throughout Great Wolf Lodge were absolutely FILTHY. After walking around, my family’s feet were visibly dirty and disgusting, even though we were wearing socks. Our socks were picking up debris and dirt from the floors. For a place where families are walking around and spending so much money, I expected the floors to be much cleaner. Very disappointing experience. 🤢
The app and website is messed up I have been trying to make a reservation for the last 5 mths now and everytime I click on make a reservation or check availability it goes to the screen where you have 2 options and they are to check points or log out. When you click on check points it doesn't do anything. If you click log out and then check availability it goes back to the screen where you have to click check points it is just a big loop. I don't want to make a reservation on the phone.
The rooms are big and clean. The staff is super friendly! Great wolf lodge is packed full of activities for the entire families to help you create priceless memories!
