this app is complete dogshit. ordered one time I waited over an hour for my order just for it to be canceled. then tried to use free trial with my Amazon subscription and it says every store is closed ene when their hours are open
The app is now unusable with no dark mode setting.
Had several of my deliveries stated as delivered without every getting my order. I only received credit for one order to experience the same issue of not getting my order. Then to not get a representative in the AI Chat after that lost quite a bit of money without a resolution.
So far great service quick delivery times based on restaurant and how busy they might be. No complaints here.

Down to 1 stars now since they allowed businesses to do their own deliveries. Poor customer service. At least note it so we can avoid these businesses. And to top it off your chat feature for your platform doesn't work.
poor customer service all ai slop, never any drivers so my orders are constantly dropped and I'm left hanging at work with no lunch or at home with no dinner. would give 0 stars if I could
DON'T. USE. GRUBHUB. I've had issues with GrubHub about 3 times now, all the same thing and all offer the same solution. 51 DOLLARS WORTH OF FOOD IS NOT THE SAME AS 25 DOLLARS WORTH OF CREDITS!! It took me 3 hours to get my food from a place that's 20 minutes away! This app is a scam, and once I use these credits, I'm never using it again! DoorDash on top.
have yet to actually get anything delivered. usually just sits on being prepared for 2 to 3 hours and then they cancel it. about 5 orders in a row now. Last 2 I was just curious to see how long the charade would go. got to 3 hours. it's actually impressive how horrible this service is. never seen anything like it.
