Guaranteed Contacts

Guaranteed Contacts places your calls through your business phone system, so the person you're calling sees your business number and name instead of your personal cell number. Dial from your own phone and your own contacts with one tap. Your office phone system does the rest. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Call anyone from your phone's contacts through your office line • Use up to four lines, each with its own name and a color-coded light • Set up in about two minutes by scanning the QR code from your telephone provider • Type a number or extension in Quick Dial and see the name as you type; seven-digit local numbers get your area code added for you • See Recent Calls and call back with a tap • Browse your office's Extensions (desk and cell) in a list or grid • Pick up parked calls and flip your office's call-flow switches, like "Temporarily Closed" or "Inclement Weather," from the PBX tab • During a call: Mute, Speaker, Keypad, and PBX Functions such as Park, Transfer to an extension or voicemail, and Hang Up + New Call • Use the Cell line to make a personal call on your own number, without leaving the app • Choose a wallpaper and color theme REQUIREMENTS Guaranteed Contacts works with select business phone systems. PERMISSIONS, IN PLAIN ENGLISH • Contacts: so you can dial anyone with one tap. Your contacts stay on your phone. • Camera: only to scan your setup QR code. • Phone and call log: to place and answer calls and show Recent Calls. The app asks to be your Phone app only while it is open. • Microphone: for short dial-in prompts while a call connects. Live call audio is never recorded or uploaded by the app. • Notifications: to show incoming calls and in-call controls. YOUR PRIVACY There are no ads and no analytics. Your contacts and call history stay on your phone. The app sends only a lookup of your line's setup and any support ticket you choose to send.
