كانت هكبه عبارة عن جمعيات بين اشخاص وغير مسجلة في تطبيق ملم (سمة)المزعج ! هكبة حاليا عبارة عن قرض يسجل في تطبيق ملم(سمة) يؤثر عليك في سجلك الائتماني ويخفض من قيمة استحقاقك في حالة أردت الحصول على قرض عقاري او غيره لذلك لم اعد أتعامل معهم. و نجمه وحدة.
تطبيق عملي وطريقة ممتازة للادخار وحفظ المال ، لكن أحيانا التطبيق تظهر به مشاكل وقت تسجيل الدخول أو تأكيد الآيبان عند استلام الجمعية و يظهر للمستخدم بأنه يوجد خطأ بالخادم ، اتمنى حل المشكلة سريعاً ، عدا عن ذلك التطبيق ممتاز 👍🏻.
سيئين جدا واحذروا التعامل، اولا ياخذوا فايدة قريبة من القطاعات الاخرى ....ثانيا لا يغلقون السند حتى بعد السداد ...ثالثا تم رفع تعثر من قبلهم في سمة بالرغم من السداد الكامل ... الموضوع تعب واستغلال وبياناتهم غير امنة مخترقة
The App payment method is too complex. This will lead the participants to miss their chance to pay on time and result in less commitment to others. They should improve 2 main points about the payment, as follows: 1- Allow transfer directly from the bank account. 2- Also, they should allow other card type. Why is only the Mastercard type permitted in the app to proceed with the payment?!!.
سيئ لا يعمل وعند فتح التطبيق يطلب مني تحديثه وعند الضغط ع الزر لايفتح البرنامج، ولا يوجد رقم التواصل معكم، وكذلك تعمل طلب وتنتظر ولايوجد دفعه مباشره مثل سيركليز تختار المبلغ والقسط الشهري وينزل في حسابك مباشره بدون انتظار
