Added a 3D mode and a view from inside the rocket nose (FPV). Switch between 2D, 3D, and FPV on the pause screen. Settings now include field of view and camera offset; in FPV you can lift the camera with a gesture. The flame and launch smoke look fuller and stay on the nozzle through turns. Editor: proper rectangles, layers, transparency, an "any" condition, and more slots.
