No. Billwise is a document and record-keeping tool for your own use - it doesn't file, transmit, or report anything to any government or tax authority on your behalf. What happens to my documents if I switch phones? You can export a full backup file and restore it on a new device. Either way, your data stays under your control, not on our servers.
