I don't know if I'm going to be refunded back my money wich I tried the withdrawal on Capitec ATM and it declined but my money was gone even though I'm still waiting for their feedback since 03 October

The app is great , just that you guys need to increase the monthly limit to maybe at least R100 000 p/m. And Can you also allow the bank to do Instant EFt to other banks such as Bank Zero and Mukuru. And also I'm the one who has to change the app pin, even if i download the app on another phone there's no need to reset my app pin , because sometimes i might be in an emergency and i don't have my phone with me and the pin is reset that's wrong. So far its a good app I'm enjoying the experience.
