App doesn't work. Glad I found out before subscribing....
I enjoy the Hemi-Sync content and the Monroe Institute's work, but I've had ongoing subscription issues. I paid for an annual subscription through Google Play, yet the app repeatedly says it can't connect or recognize my subscription. Support offered a coupon to subscribe through their website but didn't explain what happens to the subscription I've already paid for. I want my existing subscription to work without paying twice.

I made the mistake of purchasing a subscription for hemisync from the play store. Do not purchase this thru the play store, it will not work.You'll be charged after the trial and then nothing in the app works.I reached out to hemisync and they said the play store has issues with the app. They gave me a coupon to use from their website. Go to hemisync dot c o m to get your subscription. Btw, even tho the app don't work, Google denied my refund. The app is awesome, but go to their website for it.

Wonderful products that really have been helping me with sleep and stress. Cannot give 5 stars because 1) app can be buggy, 2) no way that I see to download tracks to my phone, 3) wish there could be more available tracks, including more Gateway experiences, without paying an arm and a leg.

I ordered the annual hemi-synch flow subscription via Google Play and the Hemi-synch app doesn't recognize my subscription purchase. I've deleted and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, tried every possible fix to make it work. considering the amount of aggravation trying to get the app to work, I wonder if there are enough meditations to bring inner calm.
