Third class app. Doesn't work properly.

Very disappointing experience. I ran virtual VDHM, 21.1 kilometer run was initially recorded correctly, then suddenly on saving it changed to 20.89 kilometers before the event ended. I've emailed support and messaged on LinkedIn, and I'm still waiting for a clear resolution. Please fix the recorded distance and make sure the tracking is accurate. Users deserve reliable tracking and prompt support.

Worst experience i used the app to track my 10 km Virtual Vedanta Run. After completing the run, I received a voice notification congratulating me on completing 10 km. I then saved the activity, but to my surprise, the app recorded only 6 km. As a result, my run is not being considered valid for the virtual event. I request you to kindly investigate this issue and help resolve it, as I completed the 10 km run and received the confirmation notification from the app.
