during the surgeon item is the only thing that I need and it says there's an arrow that pops up that says to go down but you can't go down so it's not possible to finish the level in advance to the next level other than that I love the game!

9/7/25 Tried again and have been thru all the levels and waiting for new ones. Good game and glad I gave it another chance. Really wanted to try, but there's nothing on the home screen and when you try to play the challenges it won't let you. Please fix! Uninstalled
need to be able to move 'list screen', items are placed under the pop up, therefore you can't win but need to use hints, uninstalling due to unfair play
nothing pops up when I push play to play the game it's just empty space I'm so sorry I didn't get to play more of this game or any of this game could you please fix this so I can play it
