HDS Plant App

HDS Plant App gives asphalt producers a single, real-time view of their ePlant and eSilo devices — on the plant floor, in the truck, or back at the office. Sign in with your Highway Data Systems account and instantly see live temperatures, recent loads, and delivery activity across your sites. The app focuses on the data that matters right now (real-time plus the last several hours) so it stays fast and clear. KEY FEATURES Live monitoring • ePlant: live mix temperature with target, MIN/AVG/MAX windows, online status, and temperature charts. • eSilo: live silo loads and drops, delivery tickets, per-silo readings, and tonnage totals. • A companion readout keeps the "other" mode's latest value in view at all times. Plant map & fleet overview • Interactive map with clustered, status-coloured pins and plant-name labels. • Managers get a fleet-wide overview, a live plants preview, and quick switching between sites. Compliance & alarms • Loads are checked against binder-grade limits or your own material temperature specs. • Configurable ePlant alarms (target, moderate/severe thresholds, upper limit) with on-device notifications for out-of-spec loads and temperature issues. History & reporting • Search any plant's data for a specific day, filter by ticket or registration, and review deliveries, drops, and compliance issues. • Export HDS-branded PDFs: conveyance-note dockets for individual deliveries and plant/ePlant summary reports. Built for the field • Works offline with cached data and a clear offline indicator. • Keep-screen-awake option for continuous monitoring. • Light and dark themes, Celsius or Fahrenheit, 12/24-hour time. • Available in English, Spanish, German, and French.
