Very disappointed with the differences between the uploaded picture and the finished product. Customer support is nonexistent.

it's hit and miss. and when you report it to don't get your coins back. example. app updated from camera and gallery to select a photo and it's in the side. you forget to change it. it's the last picture you used. which was a car. not the cat for the clip.

tried to make 2 videos with same picture and would not render bc said explicit image. it used my coins anyway. not cool. 3rd video rendered fine with same picture. I want a refund

I think this app is way to over priced why make someone pay for a subscription and they can make one video and then you want them to spend more money to purchase coins thats just absolutely crazy there is way better apps on hereba

when someone cancels. don't follow up with a secondary form of payment. when i canceled the first time. that doesn't mean go after another form of payment. im reporting you to usaa.
