This is a deliberate scam. To show you a Google Map, it asks for photo/video permissions and unlimited notifications. Uninstall as quickly as possible uless you want your photos leaked and to be tracked and spied on you. Use Google Maps pre-installed on your phone for the same maps functionality for free.
