Janitorial stock for schools: demand slips, approval, issue and reports.
Replace your school's paper stock register. School Inventory keeps track of janitorial supplies the way schools already work. Staff bring a slip, the supervisor enters it, the incharge approves it, and stock updates itself when the items are issued. HOW IT WORKS • Demand: the supervisor enters each staff member's paper slip against their name. • Approve: the incharge sees it, can reduce quantities, and approves or rejects it. • Issue: the supervisor hands over the items, and the stock and history update. WHAT YOU GET • Live stock balance for every item • Low-stock warnings at the level you set • Stock received and opening stock, added only after the incharge approves • A history of every movement that cannot be edited • Physical count corrections, with the reason recorded • Monthly reports per item and per staff member, with CSV export • A standard janitorial item list to start from, and your own items whenever you need them MADE FOR SCHOOL ROLES • Janitorial staff need no phone or login. They are listed by name. • Supervisors enter slips, record stock received and issue items. • Incharges approve demands and receipts and see reports. • The admin approves new users. When the incharge changes, the admin reassigns the role and all the history stays. GETTING STARTED 1. Create an account and set up your school. You become its admin. 2. Share your 6-letter school code with your team and approve each person. 3. Record your opening stock and start. Also works in a desktop browser at school-supplies.homilabs.org, with the same account and data. No ads and no tracking. Questions? support@homilabs.org
