Heroes Teams is the internal communication app for hotel teams using Heroes PMS. Front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and management: everyone gets the right information at the right time, without relying on personal messaging apps. TEAM: chat with your whole staff Conversations are grouped by hotel group, so you reach colleagues across all your properties in one thread. Send photos and files, or share content from any app. CHANNELS: one thread per topic Create topic channels (#maintenance, #improvements, #planning…) and decide who can see them: the whole hotel group or selected members only. Permissions are managed through your Heroes PMS roles. TASKS: stay on top of hotel tasks See the tasks for your hotels, filter them by property, discuss each one and create new ones in seconds. PTT: a walkie-talkie in your pocket Hold the button and talk to your team in real time, like a walkie-talkie. Useful for a room that needs releasing, a technical emergency or an arriving guest. Notifications you won't miss Push notifications alert you as soon as a message concerns you, even when the app is closed. Connected to Heroes PMS Sign in with your Heroes PMS account: your hotels, colleagues and permissions are already set up. There's nothing to configure or invite. Heroes Teams is for Heroes PMS customer properties only. An active Heroes PMS account is required.
