amazing online store and items arrive so quickly! my only complaint is how pre-orders send you back the money you spent and you're forced to hold that money for almost months! it's just a really clunky feature and I wish they'd just hold onto the money instead.
I absolutely love this store! The staff is so sweet, the music is always amazing when you go, the service is great, the clothing and accessories are great quality. It's really just an overall 10/10! The staff there give really sweet compliments too! All though the prices seem a bit high, these products are amazing quality, and everything is priced pretty high nowadays, so I can't even be mad! But absolutely 10/10, 5 stars, amazing!
I enjoy the app over all, but picking up in store never goes well. it'll claim it'll take a few hours or 3 to 5 days and it will take much longer. I've done this three times and each time I've waited for longer than that. I ordered on the 3rd and it said it would be 3 to 5 days, it's already been 7 and I called the store they said it had yet to be delivered. if you're going to claim a certain amount of time then STICK TO THAT TIME.
it won't let me even log in I can't even open it without it crashing sentence day 1 it hasn't worked for me idk if it could be because of my mom and her parental controls or something but I open the app and Emedeatly an error message not even joking literally every time if I remember right I'm pretty sure this app has only worked once for like a minute before it crashed honestly disappointed this was my last hope to buy hazbin hotel merch unless I find some at Goodwill or something similar🦌😿🥃

the store is a mess, so many times I see something I like and when I go to add it to my cart you can't ship it to home or store. Why have a online store when you can't keep it stocked and can't filter things that can and can't be shipped. Also please for lovw of everything put a bra on your top heavy models, the fit on what your showing isn't a true depiction, plus it makes them look uncomfortable.
