Wont recognize the pin that printed right on inside of printer. Tells me its incorrect every time I enter it & yes I'm entering the correct pin from the printer. Constantly disconnects. Nothing but problems. Loose a week of my life every year dealing with HP connection & printing issues. Every HP printer I have had has been nothing but problems. This one was a gift so I just deal with it

Unacceptable. I switched Internet providers and now my printer is unusable because it can't connect to wifi. Keeps trying to connect to the old network no matter what I do. Wasted my time scouring the app and Internet for settings and solutions. There is no option to add or delete networks or even a work around besides hard wiring it to a laptop or pc. Never buying HP again.
Barely functional, the scaling options being either "fit to page" or "fill page" and that's it, is baffling. Makes it completely impossible to print anything that has specific scaling requirements. Garbage app for, honestly, a garbage printer.
printer dashboard is not showing printer setting despite adding printer... pathetic..
Who ever designed this is the reason why I Will NEVER buy another HP product again. Ever.

App Ok. Web page not so much. Everytime i try to open up the web page it never opens and i need new ink and it does not let me order more when i am subscribed to recieve ink. I have had this problem for months and i have had to buy from the store since the web page never opens and i am still getting charged for it and there is no way to cancel.
