They offer you 50% off of you sign up and then their prices are way more expensive than if you book directly with the hotel

The app is sometimes difficult to use, I mostly struggle to select hotels via the map. Name mixups happen, so you arrive at the hotel, and the booking is for somebody else, or your invoice carries the name of somebody unknown to you. Their "smart pay" option, i.e. you quickly check out in the morning and get your invoice by email often doesn't work, and customer service is absolutely non-reactive. None of my emails was answered and for each case I needed 3-4 follow up calls to resolve the case

Does not work offline. Why are the booking details not stored for offline access abroad? This is the only real benefit for using an (web) app over a website! The informative and Spam notifications are in the same category, so one can't only block the spam.
