awesome support team is awesome also some scammers use my phone number to spam other people not sure how they do it but I tell support to check the up and down stream connection to find the device are devices and geo location of these criminals and report them to the RCMP and my account was active again but I realized they have install some kind of spyingware stalkware because when I make calls they can mute the calls and block my incoming calls still any way it's great service I would recommend
