- Improved chat controls and weight display.
Log meals, weight and workouts just by chatting with AI. Plans and menus too.
Nutomia is a meal and weight diary for adults 18 and over. Tell the AI what you ate — "a chicken breast salad with brown rice for lunch" — and it saves the record with estimated calories and protein, fat and carbs. What you can do - Talk from any screen: open the chat with Talk at the bottom and watch your records and menu update as you go - Log by chatting: meals, weight, body fat, exercise, sleep, how you feel, and strength sets (reps × sets) - Review and correct: today's summary and weekly and all-time charts; edit or delete records any time (deleting a record keeps the chat) - Goals and plans: set goals and a first plan in conversation; Nutomia shows an outlook from your actual records and suggests adjustments - Menus and shopping lists: weekly menus, with swaps for what you have at home - Eating out: restaurant and convenience-store picks that fit your day's records and goals - Schedules and fitness tests: keep upcoming meals out and measurement days AI and privacy - To answer you and organize your records, Nutomia sends the conversation, records and goals it needs to an external AI service (OpenAI). This includes health information. - You consent separately to sending to the AI and to the handling of health information before you start. You can withdraw either any time in Privacy and AI. Please note - Nutomia is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Results are not guaranteed. - Consult a doctor or other healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and before using Nutomia if you are under treatment or pregnant. - AI can make mistakes. Please check your saved records. - Support is available in English and Japanese. Terms of Service: https://nutomia.com/en/terms Privacy Policy: https://nutomia.com/en/privacy
