Device Care Plus is a home screen for Android with Device Care built into it. Swipe right from your home screen and you are in a phone cleaner, a file finder and an app security check. Every number it shows is measured on your device, never estimated. A HOME SCREEN THAT STAYS OUT OF YOUR WAY • A clock and date that open your alarms and calendar, and a search bar that goes straight to Google. • Drag apps where you want them. Drop one app on another to make a folder. • Real Android widgets, in small, medium or large. • Four shortcuts on the clock card open Device Care in one tap. • A dark Aurora theme, from the home screen to the settings. GESTURES • Swipe up for every app, with instant search by name. • Swipe down for your notifications. • Swipe right for Device Care. • Swipe left for a quick tidy of the launcher's own temporary files, with your storage at a glance. YOUR APPS, YOUR WAY • Choose how many columns, how big the icons and labels are, and whether to show labels at all. • Blur the wallpaper behind your app list, and set how dark it gets. • Long-press any app for App info, Add to Home, or Uninstall. DEVICE CARE, ONE SWIPE AWAY • A health score out of 100, with the one thing holding it back named. • "Clean now" clears cached files across every app on your device. Your photos and documents are never touched by it. Optional overnight cleaning while you charge. • Duplicate files, compared by content, so only true copies are flagged. • Similar and blurry photos, large files and videos, screenshots, downloads, WhatsApp and Telegram media, and files left behind by apps you removed. • Shrink large photos without changing their resolution. SECURITY CHECK, POWERED BY GOOGLE PLAY PROTECT • Harmful apps are reported by Google Play Protect itself. Device Care shows what Google found and invents no verdict of its own. • Which apps can read your screen, install apps, read every notification, or hold your camera, microphone, location, messages or call log. • Your own settings: screen lock, patch date, USB debugging. APPS, BATTERY AND CHARGING • Every installed app by size. With usage access on, the real app, data and cache figures, the apps you have not opened in months, and each app's data use over the last 30 days. • Battery temperature, voltage, current and health as Android reports them. • Plug in and a charging screen shows your battery level, time until full and the power source. Unplug and it shows what the session added. • Install an app and a short summary confirms it, with a button to open it. HONEST ABOUT THE LIMITS • No app can read another app's private data folder, whatever it claims. • No app can speed up memory or cool your processor, so there is no button here pretending to. • No app can scan inside another app for a virus. The harmful-app results here are Google Play Protect's own. PRIVACY • Your files and your list of apps stay on your device. No account, no sign-in, nothing uploaded. • Analytics record which features are used and how ads perform, never file names or which apps you have installed. • All files access and usage access are optional. Everything else works without them. Free and ad-supported. No paid tier. Every feature is there from the first launch.
