IDEA House ERP is the free mobile companion to IDEA HOUSE SOLUTIONS' ERP. It lets employees and approvers keep business moving when they are away from their desk: review documents waiting for your approval, handle expense claims and cash advances, and stay informed with notifications. Important: this app requires an account on your company's IDEA House ERP. Your company provides your server address and sign-in details. There is no public sign-up. APPROVALS INBOX • See everything waiting for your approval, grouped by document type with counts • Open a document to view its details, line items and approval history • Preview and share the document PDF where available • Approve or reject, with an optional comment • Supported types include quotations, invoices, customer payments, credit notes, bank deposits, purchase requests, purchase orders, direct payment requests, job orders, bills, vendor payments, debit notes, expense claims, employee cash advances and expense settlements EXPENSES • Expense Claims: create and edit drafts, add expense lines and submit them for approval • Cash Advances: create and edit drafts and submit them for approval • Create an expense settlement from a posted cash advance • Archive and restore your records (The Expenses tab appears only for users your company has given expense permissions.) Creating and editing sales, purchase and other documents, master data and full reports are done in the IDEA House ERP web app. What you can see and do in the app follows the roles and permissions your company has set for you.
