IDEA HOUSE ResPOS is the staff app for restaurants that run the IDEA HOUSE ResPOS point-of-sale system. Waiters and cashiers use it on a phone or tablet to take orders at the table, send them to the kitchen and take payment, all connected to the restaurant's own ResPOS server. This app is for restaurants that already use ResPOS. Your restaurant manager creates your staff account and gives you the server address, company code and your PIN. FLOOR AND TABLES • See every table at a glance, coloured by status: free, occupied or billed • Item count and running total on each table • Takeaway tab with all open takeaway orders and a quick New takeaway button • Pull to refresh, plus automatic refresh every few seconds FAST ORDER TAKING • Browse the menu by category or search it, with item photos • Option and modifier groups (sizes, add-ons, spice level) with min/max rules • Add item notes, change quantities and set the guest count • New items stay on the device until you tap Send to kitchen • Void sent items with a required reason, recorded in the audit log BILLS AND PAYMENTS • Clear totals with tax, service charge and an optional tip • Take payment by cash, card, QR or mobile money, using the methods your restaurant has enabled • Cash shows the amount tendered, quick-tender buttons and change due • Open a cash shift from the app if one isn't open yet • ResPOS records only the payment method and amount. It never asks for or stores card or bank details PRINTING THROUGH YOUR SERVER • Kitchen tickets, bills and receipts print on the restaurant's own printers through the ResPOS server • Live printer status indicator, plus Reprint kitchen and Print receipt • No Bluetooth pairing on each phone: the server does the printing SECURE STAFF SIGN-IN • Choose your branch and sign in with your staff PIN on a numeric keypad • Sessions are stored in the Android Keystore and removed when you sign out • Managers can switch branch from Settings WORKS ON YOUR NETWORK OR IN THE CLOUD • Connect to the restaurant's local ResPOS server over Wi-Fi, or to the ResPOS cloud service over HTTPS • Test the connection before saving, and change the address later in Settings BUILT FOR PHONES AND TABLETS • Phones show the menu with a slide-up ticket • Tablets show the menu and ticket side by side, and the bill in two columns • Light, dark or system appearance, with Myanmar (Burmese) text support PRIVACY No ads, no analytics and no in-app purchases. The app uses only the internet permission to talk to your restaurant's server. It doesn't use your camera, location, contacts or microphone. Your restaurant's data lives on the restaurant's ResPOS server, and managers control staff accounts, including deleting them.
