I love reading the transformers comics
I love just about everything IDW publishes. Sadly this app isn't one of them. Uninstalled it after multiple futile attempts to login to my account; the website's pw won't grab and updating the pw was equally frustrating. The Shopify service might be a culprit.
Purchased a comic only to find that the description was completely inaccurate and likely AI-generated. Additionally, the 'reviews' section was also clearly AI, and had blatantly wrong info. The reviews also came from sites that do not exist. How does this even happen? How do things like this get pushed to the user without anybody noticing, if it's not on purpose? As a result I can't really trust anything on the app now and I won't be buying from it again
Constant crashes, a lot of basic quality-of-life features missing and even the way to browse through different comics is bad. Some comics will have their descriptions and reviews be clearly A.I. generated and lie about what actually happens in the comic. This app is only really worth getting if you want to legally support Sonic: Blade of Courage. As for literally anything else? Read it elsewhere, stay clear from this app.
not great on e-ink. When i open the app whit out internet connection it gets stuck in a loading screen and i can not access my downloads also no DRM free options
functional at best, insufferable at worst. the app closes or stops working randomly, comics youre reading will close with no warning. the images aren't exactly in HD, and the app is pretty laggy. a minor complaint i have is you cant download multiple comics at once. pretty much every other major outlet for comics is better.

The app hs improved significantly in the past year-ish. I like a lot of the upgrades and updates that have been made. However, I wish that there was a "continue reading" option. I am deep into some series and it can get frustrating to navigate my entire catalog to find the one comic that I am on. And then do it again each time I finish that comic. On the home screen or at the top of your purchased catalog, if there was a button to keep reading the last comic you opened, that would be amazing

Text gets cut off everywhere. The text on the app is too large and the containers for said said text don't resize themselves.
