Manage visitor and vendor check-ins, check-outs, and workplace access records.
CIAO helps organizations record visitor and vendor check-ins and check-outs across their locations. Built for workplace access workflows, CIAO keeps guest information, signatures, and visit records together. With CIAO, authorized users can: • Check visitors and vendors in and out. • Select locations and sub-locations or scan location QR codes. • Enter guest names, company details, reasons for access, and work descriptions. • Capture signatures during check-in. • Record location coordinates during check-in and check-out. • Create and reuse contact records for returning guests. • View check-in records and receive notifications. CIAO requires an account provided by your organization. Location permission is required to complete check-in and check-out. Camera permission is used for QR code scanning.
