no longer logging in, even after multiple attempts using Authenticator code it's not working. 2FA is broken.

why send me news notifications that, when I click on them, the link takes me to my home page? The news article is not even available !

New app is rubbish. too much info and very hard to use. shame because old app was none of these

This app was fine before the last update. I have 4 IG accounts but now the Summary page does not show the values of 2 of the accounts. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, rebooted my phone, reported to customer service, all to avail. The balances on the laptop are correct but the Android app is just not up to scratch. I am thinking of transferring my investments very soon so I can monitor them as I used to. Not good!

I wasn't able to create a joint share trading account as they're unsupported! Went with another broker. sad because I really wanted to give IG a go😞

Why can't I login after the latest update? Even for the data feed, it says connection failure. No issues from the Web platform.

Worse customer service experice. And extremely high fees! You will be much better off using other platforms

It seems they've done a pointless update.. Added an annoying spanner.. Complete waste of time and highly annoying. Was fine before

When viewing an active trade, it is extremely easy to close a trade, especially by accident in your pocket if you become distracted and didnt turn off your screen. There is a Close tab that doesn't have an option to add a confirmation screen. Also, the new update spanner button on charts is annoying.
