needs smaller intervals than every hour. doesn't store program times when trying to save new schedule. very temperamental

the app is really horrible. if you leave it in program move you run the risk of a radiator being on even when not needed. no notifications at all. it's good to switch on and switch off only.

Virtually impossible to change the programme times. you change the times then a minute later it resets them all! hopeless.

Not the simple, straight forward install, pair and set up experience expected from modern day app of this type. In fact after many attempts over several days we have given up. The app eventually connected to wi-fi and found the heater but continuously failed during its configuration routine. Comes up with a message ("Lets Fix It") only to then take you through the same process repeatedly. Worse thing a company can do is to allow frustration at the initial implementaion of a device/app.

can be a bit glitchy

Refuses to connect. Have two and both fail. Have verified the connection details using other devices. IO ceramic. Am a experienced computer engineer. The app "sometimes" displays a Net Error message and resets the radiator to default setting after failing to connect.

we cannot both have these radiators controlled from our phones. when one adds them they cancel on the others phone. one radiator links up quickly. the other takes ages

The thermostat is the wrong temperature, room is 20c+ and radiator is saying 13c. The room is roasting 🥵. Are there any radiator updates or thermostat calibration?
