Prepaid Electricity Tracker

Every prepaid electricity token you buy, in one private log. TokenBook keeps the token number, what you paid and the kWh you got, works out how fast you use your units, and reminds you to buy before they run out. It is a record-keeping app: it does not sell electricity, it cannot create, check or load tokens, and it is not linked to any electricity provider or token vendor. TOKEN VAULT • Type or paste each token number from a till slip, an SMS or a vending app. The digits are shown in groups of four so they are easy to read back • Copy any token again with one tap when you need to re-enter it on the meter keypad • A warning before you save a token number you have already logged • Search by token digits, by where you bought it or by a note, and filter by meter • Every purchase and units check on a timeline grouped by day • Attach a photo of the slip, taken with the camera or picked from your gallery, so the number is safe even when the paper fades UNITS LEFT AND RUN-OUT DAY • See an estimate of the kWh left on your meter, how many days that lasts and the day it runs out. The figure changes colour as that day gets close • Check units: type what your meter shows now and then, and TokenBook measures your real daily use. With no readings, it estimates daily use from the gaps between purchases • Optionally note the units left before loading a token, for a closer estimate • Average daily use over the last 3 or 5 periods, or over all of them • A reminder 1 to 7 days before the predicted run-out day (you choose; 2 by default), with a "remind me tomorrow" snooze WHAT A KWH REALLY COSTS • Price per kWh for every purchase, worked out from what you paid and the units you got, with a live preview as you type • Compare the places you buy from by price per kWh: bank apps, shops and vending apps can give different units for the same amount • Optional block tracking: enter the monthly limits from your own bill or slip and see which block you are in and how many kWh are left before the next step. TokenBook does not know any provider's tariff, so the limits are always yours REPORTS • Charts for each meter: kWh per day, spend by month and price per kWh, free for everyone • A monthly table of spend, kWh and average price • CSV export of every purchase (date, meter, place, amount, currency, kWh, price per kWh, token and notes), shared through any app you choose MADE FOR PREPAID METERS • For 20-digit STS tokens and any other meter that takes a token number on its keypad • 153 currencies.
