Cosy Christmas logic puzzle. One Santa per colour, row and column. No timer.
SantaDoku is a warm, unhurried logic puzzle for the holiday season. Every board is a grid split into coloured regions. Place one Santa in each region so that no row and no column holds two — and no two Santas ever touch, not even at the corners. Work it out from the shapes of the regions. There is always exactly one answer, and it can always be reasoned to. Nothing here needs a guess. Boards start at 5x5 and grow to a full 9x9 across 500 levels, so the rules stay the same while the thinking gets deeper. HOW TO PLAY 1. Tap once to mark a square you have ruled out. 2. Tap again to place a Santa there. 3. Press and sweep to mark a run of squares at once — handy on a 9x9. 4. Squares the rules have already settled are crossed off for you. 5. Solve the board and the level is yours. Three hearts per level. A Santa in the wrong square costs one, and the game tells you which rule it broke — a mistake that explains itself is worth more than a mistake that just takes a life. A placed Santa stays put, so a stray tap can never undo work you got right.
