I like that you pay as you use it, you don't have to pre-load credit. Prices are better than a normal laundrette but the only thing annoying about it is that if I had a pre-saved card, it is stuck and I don't know how to update it so it so I have to untick box and pay with new card otherwise it won't accept the payment of my now cancelled card so it is frozen for a bit until I can re-add the machine and start again!
I just paid for drying now and the machine did not work I have to pay again
Should be made cheaper or free for tenants
Works fine but having to restart the process when switching tabs can get a bit irritating
This app is horrible to navigate, it glitches out, takes forever to load, the prices are expensive and you have to put in payment details every time.

Easy to use and well set up
Needs card details every time you want to do a wash or dry. Also not cheap

The cloth seems unwashed after the whole washing.

The app isn't loading on my phone. I have tried uninstalling and installing several times but it's not still loading.
