Ino Artisan is the app for professional tradespeople. Receive requests from clients near your workshop, complete the job, and get paid—directly from your phone. You no longer have to search for work: it comes to you. HOW IT WORKS 1. Go online Just one switch on the home screen. As long as you're online, requests from near your workshop will come to you. 2. Receive a request A screen opens, even with your phone locked, just like an incoming call. You'll see the client, their request, the address, and the distance. You have a few seconds to accept or decline—no obligation. 3. Complete the job Once the request is accepted, you'll have the client's address, phone number, and a messaging system to arrange the details. The client can track your approach on a map. 4. Get paid At the end of the job, you announce the amount. The client pays in cash or via mobile money, and your earnings are added to your balance. WHAT YOU'LL FIND IN THE APP • Requests near you — you only receive requests related to your profession, within your local area • Scheduled appointments — requests with fixed dates appear in your schedule • Client messaging — text, photos, and voice messages • Location tracking — the client sees when you're coming, avoiding those "where are you?" calls • Your earnings — balance, transaction history, and withdrawals to your mobile money account • Complete history — every completed job, with its cost and details • Ratings — you rate your clients, they rate you. Your rating is built up job after job • Support — direct access to the team, right from the app YOUR EARNINGS, IN YOUR HANDS Your balance is always visible. You can request a withdrawal to your mobile money account whenever you want, starting from the minimum amount shown on the screen. Any applicable fees are displayed BEFORE you confirm — never after. When a client pays you in cash, the platform's commission becomes a debt that you settle with a top-up. Everything is clearly displayed: what you have, what you owe, and what is due to you. BEFORE YOU START Registration requires creating a profile—your profession, your specialty, and your workshop address—followed by uploading your supporting documents. An administrator reviews your application before you receive your first requests. This verification process protects both clients and you. PERMISSIONS REQUESTED, AND WHY • Location—requests are assigned to the tradesperson closest to the client. Without it, you remain invisible, even online. • Notifications—a request arrives at any time and expires in a few seconds. This is what alerts you when the application is closed. • Microphone—only for voice messages, and only when you press the microphone. • Display over other applications—a small icon takes you back to your requests when you're using something else. Optional. • Battery saving — an exception that prevents Android from delaying your requests. Optional. A question, a problem? Support is available from within the app.
