Ino Marchand is the app for merchants registered on Ino. It brings together everything needed to run a shop from a phone. RECEIVE YOUR ORDERS A new order appears full screen, even when the phone is locked. You see the customer, the items, the payment method and the total, and you accept or decline in one tap. You stay free to open or close your shop whenever you want. MANAGE YOUR CATALOGUE Add products with photos, prices and variants. Mark what is in stock or sold out, organise by category, offer options and extras. ATTRACT CUSTOMERS Create promotions that apply automatically at checkout: percentage discount, fixed amount, or free delivery above a given basket. You set the period and the conditions. CHOOSE HOW YOU DELIVER Let the platform deliver for you, or deliver yourself by setting your own area and fees. In-store pickup is always offered to your customers. FOLLOW YOUR MONEY Check your balance, your sales and what you are owed. Top up your account or withdraw your earnings by Mobile Money. Every movement is recorded and can be reviewed. STAY IN TOUCH Chat directly with your customers in the app to clarify an order or warn about a delay. Ino Marchand is intended for merchants with an Ino seller account. The shop is created from the app and must be approved before going live.
