would not connect to Bluetooth. My tech with 30+ years experience told me app is new, app is garbage, app is not needed. Delete it. So thats what I am doing
The Imogen is a life saver.
works well just need larger batter..the small one that come with it doesn't last long enough.
This leaves a lot to be desired. I called one number and after 10 minutes of being on hold I hung up. I called a second number and it turned out that it was for sales. The guy couldn't help me and transferred me to support. This time between speaking to the guy and being on hold for 15 minutes I have up. I can't get this to work on my phone or tablet. It tells that it can't connect.

Can't find instructions about the Inogen controls. Not online or in the owners manual..Has to be some wear. Keeps beeping and I don't know why.
