Insaf HMS is the staff self-service app of Insaf Barakah Kidney & General Hospital. It brings the hospital's HR desk to your phone: check today's duty, see your attendance for the month, apply for leave, claim monthly overtime and read HR notices — with the same rules and approval chain as the office system. FOR EVERY EMPLOYEE • Today at a glance — your shift, duty hours and live status on the home screen • Attendance — a monthly heat map of present, late and absent days; tap any day for punch times and hours worked • Leave — casual, earned and sick leave balance, apply for one or several leave types, name a reliever and follow the approval • Roster — this week's shifts and the whole month's roster with holidays and off days • Monthly OT — enter your overtime beside the system-calculated figure for each day, add the reason, save a draft or send; sent days lock and show which approver is holding them • Notices — the holiday calendar and HR announcements, with a notification the moment a new one is published • Digital ID — your employee ID card with QR code (and NFC share on supported phones) FOR IN-CHARGES, MANAGERS AND HR • Leave approvals — approve or return your team's requests from the phone • OT approvals — review each day of a claim, accept it, send it back with a reason, forward it or give final approval • Team — your department's attendance and roster SECURE BY DESIGN • Sign in with your HMS username and password; the session is protected by fingerprint / face unlock and auto-lock • No ads, no analytics SDKs and no location access — data goes only to the hospital's HMS server • Sign out wipes all tokens from the device Insaf HMS is for employees and contractors of Insaf Barakah Kidney & General Hospital.
