fix it please! it will not allow me to select half the options presented. for example, when asking the condition of the ceilings, it will only let me select any of the negative answers but not any of the positive answers such as good or fair. it's doing this with the doors, drywall, Windows, and ceiling categories
needs better features like,in front of the ticket, Emergency,the problem,as kitchen sink clogged,gas smell, toilet not draining,etc,etc
downloaded it opened it and it blocked me with a login requirement with no new account set up option. tried to create new through that screen got an error - tried forgot my password - error - yet I can't get past the login screen in the way...what's up with that?
This is the most unstable app of any kind that I ever used, I don't think it deserves even a beta status.
No tech support. Filter work orders on the website doesn't work if you have multiple properties. It won't let you select anything even if your parameters are correct.
Terrible too long to load.
There is literally no tech support. Our company had to email the company multiple times in order for them to update emails for us to be able to use the email tab. DO NOT PAY TO USE THIS APP.
Hate this system
When it works, it works well however If you're not getting good service in your building, the software will crash after taking pictures, forcing you to repeat the process several times. This gets really old real fast when you've got 100 apartments to inspect

Way too slow to use for our annual inspections. We have only a few days to input the data and very hard to print reports and hard to understand how to use.
