This is the most unfair dice I have ever seen.

Hello mehrdad hassan, thank you for your feedback. The dice results in our game are generated randomly. We’re sorry to hear that the experience felt unfair to you and appreciate you sharing your opinion. Feel free to reach out here with more info: support@lite.games Your LITE Games Team
Don't play here! The dice is fully and totally programmed—not a fair random dice!

now getting ads after every game, I didn't get any ads before

Hello Samantha, the ads after a game are actually the default behavior. It is possible that you were exempt from this for some reason and a recent game update changed this, but this is as it should be. We show ads so that the app itself can stay free to play. We always offer an optional paid subsciption to get rid of all ads. Your LITE Games Team
I enjoyed the game for years, but now you have ads that won't let you get out to play the game! It's frustrating. Some of them have multiple layered loops where you think you're tapping out then it takes you to another screen, or another ad, or Google Play before you can loop out. And the twenty seconds skippable time you refer to is way too long, and exceedingly redundant when you have to cycle through in-between each segment of a three game match set. This new ad format is HORRIBLE!!!

Hey Kimberly, we understand you frustration with the structure of these ads. They can be very cumbersome to navigate. Unfortunately, their structure is not withing our control, as they are made and managed by external partners of ours. We can only recommend you block/report the most annoying ads as previously mentioned. Your LITE Games Team

The app crashed so I uninstalled and reinstalled it and it wiped out my 5 year history. Can you help?
