As an officer, this app is pretty much a daily necessity. With the PNP's strict physical standards and monthly weight monitoring, you cannot afford to guess your status. What I love about a reliable BMI calculator is how fast and straightforward it is. It gives you an instant reality check on where you stand so you can adjust your diet or workouts.
