same complaint as other user paid for the full version years ago, happy with it, then they changes how to get more money by subscription. all my cards disappear also after I change my phone. I cant see my version status on the apps, so from pro user to a-bit-above basic user. new UI clean but not that friendly.

If you purchased the pro app via Google Play, please log in to Google Play with the same account with which you bought CamCard. The app will be listed as "purchased" on the program list in "my apps" and you can download and install it again freely. If you purchased an activation code, please forward us the order confirmation at asupport@intsig.com
I change my rating on this app because after paying for premium a few years ago, this app wants me to pay again, I call this a scam. Early loyalty counts for nothing. Sure you made advances on AI and all that, but I just need the old simple but useful camcard. updated to respond to reply: What a stupid answer to say our paid app was for the 'honor' of being able to repeatedly download for this 'paid title'. it is something like saying we pay for the blue tick in X (Twitter) without any benefits

difficult poor scanner have to upgrade after just a very few business cards can't get money back

What's the point of purchasing the app, and then having to pay for ongoing subscriptions?!

The paid app is a one-time charge which will unlock the below features: no ads, no limitation for the number of cards that can be scanned (free version users can scan up to 100 cards). You can always enjoy the paid version features. You may contact us at asupport@intsig.com to know more about the versions.
Very poor at using just English. Many areas still with Chinese when using China Celphone. Good app but also missing dark mode.

like the photo of the card, but the info is garbled. Names, phone numbers, addresses all come out jumbled.
