I love this app for work! It's really easy to use. I had an issue with something not working properly, and Zack went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. 😁

I give to Formilla Live Chat. This app and the plugin appropriately fit in to my need. Easy integration, instant messaging, immediate notifications. Good and cool.

I like the app, and it integrated well into my website using Wordpress My one issue is that I would like to change the notification sound when a new message is received. I am using a Huawei P20 lite and there does not seem to be a way. If you can sort this, I would be happy to go premium
