Disappointing MCP integration. Documentation suggests automated publishing, but the connector cannot upload content. Support confirmed it only edits manually uploaded posts. This defeats the purpose of AI automation. Metricool should implement upload support or clearly correct its documentation. Don't promise what the product can't deliver.

Thanks for the feedback! The connector can create and schedule new posts from scratch with automatic publishing, not just edit existing ones. It can't upload local files: media must be public URLs or Drive/Dropbox. Sorry for the confusion, and please don't hesitate to contact us again for any clarification.

It kills me to have to downgrade my review to 2 stars. in the past few months, this app has become essentially unusable. I have to "verify" my device every time I log in, it forgets connections periodically and more often than not, it just won't upload my (40 second) video. I can now schedule my posts faster by hand. Such a shame

Convoluted. Not as good as the website. Not obvious how to get stuff done. Doesn't make it clear how to fix issues or post when you're stuck in limbo

Terrible product, dishonest and immoral. Didn't use this product for two years and when I cancelled it a few days after the subscription renewed and asked for a refund - the team told me that you can only cancel "subscriptions" and not "renewals". This is predatory. Algorithm please bury this company.
