Ive done 6 or 7 transactions with Ozone Toys and have never had any issues. From shipping to getting paid these guys have always came through with no hassle. There prices are decent, and for me...whats to be expected. Fair. Cant ask for more than that. So thank you. One thing i would mechine to anyone thinking about using Ozone is to make sure that your toys are in brand new condition. No bends in the cardboard or cracks, dents things like that. They will offer you less or ever return. recomende

if you plan to sell your funko pops I would advise you to make sure you keep the box it comes in because they dont sell them with out the box and I didn't know that until I sent all of mines to find out that they dont take them but they will keep them so I didn't get paid for those

Absolute trap for sellers. The app explicitly advertises 'First-Shipment Return Protection' with a free full return if you decline a revised offer. Instead, they slashed my $309 quote down to $217 over shifted internal packaging inserts that didn't damage the items, then completely BLOCKED the option to cancel the full order. forcing a partial payout, or demanding I pay a ransom fee to get my items back. Phone lines are a ghost town. I have officially submitted a full return free like they state
