Can't even upload photos it says unable to, and rarely when I can. It doesn't even let me send photos alone. I have to send a text as well. app layout is complicated.
The email function on the mobile application simply doesn't work or respond to the touch on the screen, and there is no reply option. Not to mention the flaws with texting, etc. Quite disappointed overall, given that this is supposed to be a convenient tool for the day to day and make the job easier. In my experience, it has only done the opposite. Yes, I have updated recently, and within the last 3 years of ATTEMPTING to use this app, I've found it to be nothing but useless
The app is not showing appointments, and it takes too long to load.

App constantly crashes. We are expected to be able to work from here, but nothing loads, or it runs very slow. Really needs improvement. Keep trying.

Every other time I open the app to scan a license in, it will crash
