FABi SelfOrder is a self-service kiosk application for restaurants, cafes, and F&B chains using iPOS's FABi point-of-sale system. The application runs on tablets or kiosks placed at the counter, allowing customers to choose their own items and pay without queuing at the cashier. CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE • Choose Dine-in or Takeaway directly from the first screen. • View menus by category with clear images and prices; quickly find items using the search box. • Select size, toppings, and add notes for each item; receive suggested accompaniments. • Review your shopping cart, edit quantities, and add notes before ordering. • Enter your phone number to earn membership points and apply discount codes. • Pay using QR code, card, or choose cash at the counter. • Receive a queue number immediately after ordering and wait for your number to be called to receive your order. BENEFITS FOR THE STORE • Reduces cashier workload during peak hours, shortening customer waiting times. • Orders are sent directly to the FABi POS machine and kitchen, minimizing errors in order taking. • Menus, prices, and promotions are automatically synchronized from the FABi management system. • Supports both portrait and landscape interfaces, suitable for various kiosk and tablet types. • Automatically returns to the waiting screen when a customer leaves, ready for the next customer. REQUIREMENTS FOR USE • For tablets and kiosks with screens 7 inches or larger; mobile phones are not supported. • The store needs a FABi account and a device activation code provided by iPOS. • Payment and order submission require connection to the FABi POS machine within the store's internal network.
